IT Systems Coordinator at Resolve To Save Lives

Christina Scott has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Christina is currently employed as an IT Systems Coordinator at Resolve To Save Lives since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at BRIDGES from 2018 to 2022, where they served as a Training Coordinator. In this role, they worked with various client groups to create individualized curriculums and agendas for team-building, professional development, and leadership training. Christina also managed clients throughout the entire process, including paperwork, quoting prices, arranging catering, and serving as the lead facilitator during events. Additionally, at BRIDGES, Christina worked as a CHANGE Advisor from 2018 to 2021, advising students on addressing the school-to-prison pipeline and teaching them how to utilize online tools. Before working at BRIDGES, they were a Programs Assistant at North Carolina State University from 2016 to 2017, where they led group advising sessions and managed the study abroad process. Christina also has experience as an AmeriCorps-Facilitation Specialist at BRIDGES from 2014 to 2016, where they facilitated workshops, developed relationships with schools, and tailored curriculum to student needs.

Christina Scott has a diverse educational background. Christina obtained a high school diploma from West Charlotte High School in 2010. Christina then pursued a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from Spelman College, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. During their time at Spelman College, Christina participated in a domestic exchange program at Dartmouth College in 2013, furthering their studies in the field. In 2012, Christina also attended the School for International Training, focusing on International/Global Studies. Additionally, they had a brief period of study in Turkish Language and Literature at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi in 2011.

To enhance their knowledge in IT, Christina attended Tech901 in 2021 and completed the IT Foundations program. Christina also obtained the CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA in July 2021.
