Nomsey Okosa

Nomsey Okosa is a skilled Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) professional with extensive experience in public health and data analysis. Currently serving as a DHIS2 Consultant at Resolve To Save Lives, Nomsey supports the Kano State Government in expanding a paperless health information system and validating data. Previous roles include STTA at Navanti Group, where Nomsey conducted assessments and reviews of M&E systems, and MEL Consultant at the World Health Organization, contributing to various performance frameworks. Nomsey's background also includes work with DevTech Systems, The Palladium Group, The Challenge Initiative, Pathfinder International, and the Center for Socio-Economic Policy & Development, emphasizing M&E system strengthening and stakeholder engagement. Nomsey holds an MSc in Quantitative Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and a BSc in Economics from Anambra State University.
