Linda Sea has worked in a variety of roles in the operations and business fields. In 2022, they began their role as an Operations Associate at Resolve. In 2021, they became a Business Operations Associate at Dispute, where they conducted weekly audits to find bugs in the internal tooling and collaborated with engineering to draft reports for the CEO. Linda also held an Operations Intern role at DHL Supply Chain, where they spearheaded a project to build a new department in 10 weeks. In 2016, they worked as a Business Administrator Assistant at Precision Diagnostic Imaging, Incorporated, where they handled administrative matters with 95% efficiency and reported to senior operational leadership. In 2014, they began their role as an Assistant Operations Manager at S & B Food, where they managed and supervised a team of 10 employees. Finally, in 2012, they worked as a Store Trainer at 85 C bakery, where they developed strategies and surveys to identify training needs and created new training protocols.
