Eamonn Mullins is a seasoned property investment professional with extensive experience in managing and acquiring residential properties. Currently serving as the Head of Property Acquisitions at Resonance Limited since June 2021, Eamonn has played a crucial role in the organization’s mission to provide safe homes for vulnerable populations. As the Founder and Managing Director of EPM Property Services since November 2019, Eamonn offers bespoke sourcing services for residential investments. Eamonn's previous roles include Acquisitions Director at British Pearl and Property_Partner, where strategic investment initiatives were successfully implemented. Additionally, Eamonn founded Alma Property Services Ltd., which catered to some of the UK's largest private landlords, and held management positions at Simmonds & Partners and BPT Plc. Eamonn possesses an MSc in Property Management & Development from the University of East London and a BA in History from the University of North Wales.
