Shanna Tova O'Reilly is an accomplished leader in international development with extensive experience in implementing and managing high-impact initiatives focused on social impact, governance, and migration. Currently serving as Director and Senior Advisor at Resonance, Shanna enhances company revenue and oversees a $3 million USD portfolio addressing critical issues in emerging markets. Previously, Shanna led the $15 million USD JuntosEsMejor Challenge at Resonance, collaborated with major donors, and provided strategic consulting for governance and human rights projects. Shanna's background includes key roles such as Chief of Party and Senior Global Practice Specialist at DAI, managing large-scale violence prevention programs and successfully raising over $100 million for human rights initiatives. Shanna holds a Master’s degree in Economics and International Development from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resource Management from The Ohio State University.
