Blake Richmond

Blake Richmond has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Starting in 2009, they served as a Personal Banking Manager at Lloyds Bank, where they focused on objectives related to risk, service, sales, and collaboration. From 2011 to 2013, Blake worked as an International Recruitment Consultant at Excelsior Search, specializing in mid to senior level recruitment in the global banking and securities industry. Blake then moved on to Lloyds Bank again, serving as a Bank Manager from 2013 to 2015. In this role, Blake managed a team and achieved exceptional performance targets. Blake continued their career at NatWest as a Senior Bank Manager and Deputy Local CEO from 2015 to 2017, leading a flagship branch and achieving significant revenue growth. From 2017 to 2021, they held various roles at Capita Travel and Events, including National Head of Operations and Director of Operations. Blake joined Goodlord in 2021 as the Managing Director of Goodlord Referencing, a role they held until 2023. Blake is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Resonate.

Blake Richmond attended the University of Kent from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. In 2016, they obtained a Chartered Banking Certificate from The Chartered Banker Institute. Additionally, in April 2019, Blake earned PRINCE2 Agile Project Management Certifications from QA Ltd.
