Kathleen O'Loughlin

Kathleen O'Loughlin has extensive experience in talent acquisition and operations management. Kathleen currently holds the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Resonetics since 2024. Previously, they served as Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Brooks Automation from 2021 to 2024, where they led and developed the Global Talent Acquisition team and implemented innovative sourcing strategies. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Watts Water Technologies from 2015 to 2021, where they developed recruiting plans and strategies to attract top talent. Before that, they held the role of Director of Operations at Yoh from 2010 to 2015 and was a Sr. Program Manager at Veritude from 2006 to 2010. Early in their career, they worked as a Sr. Program Manager at Remedy Staffing from 2003 to 2006.

Kathleen O'Loughlin has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology/Liberal Arts from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Kathleen also has an Associate of Arts (AA) in Business from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Diversity Recruiting from LinkedIn in 2020.
