Pratik Agarwal

Pratik Agarwal serves as Chairman at Resonia since April 2025 and holds the same position at Serentica Renewables, focusing on delivering clean power to challenging sectors. Previously, Agarwal was a Non Executive Director at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited from March 2013 to July 2021 and a Director in the Infrastructure Business at Vedanta Resources Limited from May 2008 to October 2016, where a $1.5 billion portfolio of infrastructure assets was developed. Additionally, Agarwal has been Managing Director at Sterlite Power since October 2019 and was the Group CEO at Sterlite from October 2017 to October 2019. Currently, Agarwal also serves as a Non Executive Director at Sharper Shape Inc. Educational qualifications include a degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, completed between 2000 and 2003.
