Adam Dougherty

Adam Dougherty has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Adam is currently the Director of Field Operations at Resort Lifestyle Communities since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Enlivant as a Senior Regional Director and Regional Director of Operations, overseeing multiple assisted living communities in West Texas from 2019 to 2022. Adam also served as the Vice President of Operations at WaterWalk from 2017 to 2019. Adam had a long tenure at IHG Hotels & Resorts, where they held various regional director roles, responsible for managing multiple hotels across different regions in the US from 1998 to 2017.

Adam Dougherty attended Missouri State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Administration. In 2006, they also completed the Leadership Academy at Emory University. Additionally, Adam Dougherty participated in the General Manager Academy - IHG at Purdue University.
