Ismael Valdivia

Ismael Valdivia has a diverse background in customer service, sales, and management roles. Currently working as the Food and Beverage Manager at Black Rock Mountain Resort, Ismael previously held positions such as Assistant Manager at Las Botellas, General Manager at Zao Asian Cafe, and Senior Customer Service Rep II at the Corporation of the Presiding Bishopric. Ismael also has experience as a Sales Consultant at Progrexion, Senior Closer at IPV Marketing, and Escalation Specialist at Vivint. Currently in the Management Program at Resorts West, Ismael is also serving as the Housekeeping Manager, gaining knowledge and experience in various departments within the company.
