Ted Iwachiw is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Executive Chef at Resorts World Catskills since September 2022, where culinary operations include six restaurants, banquets, and a golf course. Previously, Ted held executive chef positions at Valley Forge Casino Resort, Live! Casino & Hotel, and Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse, as well as a regional executive chef role at Wolfgang Puck Catering, overseeing significant food and beverage revenue. Early career experiences include executive chef positions at Germantown Cricket Club and as chef/owner of Ted’s on Main, as well as notable roles in restaurant openings and staff training at Atlantis Resort and various Loews Hotels. Ted holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from the Academy of Culinary Arts.
