Chad Staggs has worked in various roles within the technology industry. Chad started their career at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Technical Support Lead before their promotion to North American Engineering Center-TAC. In this role, Chad provided technical writing for consumer PC/Laptop support mind maps, managed call center equipment inventory, and provided reporting to PC/Laptop quality engineers to identify trending issues after product releases. Chad then moved on to work as a Telecom Network Administrator at Townes Telecommunications Inc for 10 years. Currently, Chad works as a Network Engineer at Resound Networks.
Chad Staggs attended Arkansas Tech University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government.
