Compliance Team

The Compliance Team at Resource Bank ensures adherence to federal and state banking regulations to protect both the institution and its clients. This team, consisting of the Assistant Compliance Officer, BSA Compliance Analyst, and Compliance Analyst, monitors and audits bank practices, implements regulatory changes, and provides employee training to maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
