Sonya Radke

Sonya Radtke serves as Chief Development Officer and Director of Philanthropy at the Resource Center since January 2022. Previously, Sonya held the position of Director of Development at Jolt Action from August 2020 to December 2021, where responsibilities included designing annual fundraising strategies and significantly increasing donor retention and monthly donations. Sonya's experience extends to roles such as Account Manager at Brad Cecil and Associates, Inc., and Sr. Development Manager at Big Thought, where strategic fundraising efforts resulted in millions in contributed revenue. Additionally, Sonya has a background in community engagement and organizational leadership from positions at Dallas SPARK! and Kitchen Dog Theater. Sonya holds an MA/MBA in Arts Management and Marketing from SMU Cox School of Business and a BA in Theatre Education from Emerson College.
