Elaine Glass is an experienced human resources professional and educator with a diverse background in various HR roles. Currently serving as a CIPD Tutor at Contigo Associates and a Human Resources Consultant at Jeffreys Glass, Elaine also volunteers as a Careers Advisor at Resource Charity. Previous positions include CIPD Tutor at Westminster Kingsway College and Human Resources Director at UniLED Software Ltd, where Elaine oversaw the HR department's strategic initiatives.
