Kary Wallace has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2002, Kary worked in promotions for the High Desert Mavericks until 2004. In 2004, Kary moved to Argent Mortgage Company as a Mortgage Associate until 2006. Following that, Kary worked as a Quality Control Supervisor for Professional Settlement Services from 2006 to 2007. Since 2007, Kary has been with Resource Corporation of America, first as the Director of Recruiting & Hiring until 2014, then as the Director of Training & Compliance until 2020. Kary's current role is as the Director of Operations, a position held since March 2020.

Kary Wallace obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science from Texas Christian University, where they attended from 1995 to 2001.
