Jan Issabekov

Jan Issabekov is a proficient Machine Learning Engineer currently working at Resource Data since June 2024. Previously, Jan held the position of Industrial Data Analytics/Machinery Reliability at Chevron from October 2017 to February 2024, where Jan led the development of Python-based machine learning models that significantly improved turbomachinery equipment uptime, contributing to over $10 million in annual savings. Jan also created innovative anomaly detection tools and digital twins to enhance operational efficiency. As a Project Design Engineer with Tengizchevroil from April 2014 to October 2017, Jan directed a $3.7 million project that increased plant production and generated an additional $5 million in annual revenue.
