Didik Cahyono has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Didik began their career as a Branch Supervisor at SWADHARMA SARANA INFORMATIKA, where they managed maintenance and repair of computers and ATM machines. Didik also had a role in spare parts sales. After that, they joined SACON JAYA UTAMA as an Operation Manager, where they oversaw support services and sales management.
Didik then moved on to Netway Utama, where they served as a Technical Support Head. In this role, they coordinated maintenance applications and technical support, defined maintenance scope and goals, and created project plans. Didik also worked as a System Analyst, designing business processes for enhanced windows form to web form.
Next, they joined Asia Technology Services as a Senior Quality Assurance, responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements and creating test plans. Didik then worked at Plasmedia/Knowment AIE as a QA Technician, focusing on gathering and analyzing business requirements and executing tests.
After that, they joined Sampoerna Telekom as a Business Analyst, where they gathered business requirements from users and established communication channels. Didik then provided a high level scope and objectives of the project and understood the business processes of the organization.
Most recently, they worked at Resource Energy Solutions Inc. as a Quality Assurance Head, where they provided test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Throughout their career, Didik Cahyono has demonstrated their expertise in business requirement gathering, test planning, and project coordination.
Didik Cahyono completed a D3 degree in Computer Science at Piranti, Poltek ITB from 1994 to 1997.
