As a member of the management team and as Manager, Quality Assurance, Milissa is responsible for all aspects of independently and systematically reviewing the accuracy of tenant utility billing calculations, testing internal systems and protocols of the operational policies, as well as identifying areas for improvements in internal controls and procedures. Her objective is to assure that all members of the company have what they need to fully understand and effectively perform their duties and provide the highest quality of energy management services to their customers.
