David Coffman

David Coffman, P.G. is an experienced professional in fluvial geomorphology and hydrology, currently serving as Director for Northern California and Southern Oregon at Resource Environmental Solutions LLC since August 2019. Prior to this role, Coffman worked at Stantec as a Senior Fluvial Geomorphologist from June 2017 to August 2019 and at Freese and Nichols as a Hydrologist/Fluvial Geomorphologist from May 2011 to May 2017, where routine investigations of water bodies were conducted. Earlier experience includes a position as a Hydrologist at the U.S. Geological Survey from January 2009 to May 2011 and a Research Assistant role at Baylor University from August 2006 to December 2008. Coffman holds a Master of Science in Geology/Earth Science from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Slippery Rock University.
