Trey Evans

Trey Evans is an accomplished professional in the field of mitigation banking, currently serving as the Director of Bank Development at Resource Environmental Solutions LLC since January 2021, focusing on the Southeast, Florida, and West Coast Regions. Prior to this role, Trey managed the mitigation bank development program for RES in the Southeast and acted as General Manager for the company in Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama following the acquisition of Blueway. As a partner and co-founder of Mitigation Resource Group, LLC, Trey has been instrumental in developing a variety of mitigation sites in Georgia and Tennessee. In addition, Trey co-founded Blueway and served as President/CEO from 2015 to 2020. Earlier career experience includes a position as Portfolio Manager at SunTrust Bank. Trey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business and has furthered education through specialized programs in wildland hydrology and stream restoration.
