Raghu Kankala started their work experience in 2012 as a SR. Sales Officer at Renault India, where they played a role in achieving a growth of 160% in domestic sales in December 2015. RAGHU then moved on to work as an AR Specialist at IKS Health from January 2015 to November 2015. Starting from February 2016, Raghu joined Resource Informatics Group, Inc as a Sr. Account Manager, where they focused on providing tailor-made and cost-effective solutions to customers leveraging the latest technology.

Raghu Kankala completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing from Siddhartha Institute of Technology and Sciences from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued their education at Little Flower Jr. College from 2005 to 2007, obtaining a degree in Business/Commerce, General (CEC). Later, Raghu attended Wesley Degree College, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in the field of Business/Commerce, General. Their earliest education was at Sri Sai School, where they completed their SSC (Secondary School Certificate) without specifying any particular degree.
