Alejandra Tapia

Alejandra Tapia currently serves as the Market Engagement Lead at Resource Innovations, where responsibilities include collaborating with utility clients and external partners to implement energy efficiency programs in the Northwest Region, with a focus on community outreach and building strong partnerships. Previously, Alejandra held the position of Volunteer & Homeowner Services Coordinator at Yakima Valley Partners Habitat for Humanity from March 2017 to January 2023, where efforts involved recruiting applicants and volunteers for the HomeBuild program and participating in community outreach. In an earlier role as an Executive Assistant, Alejandra efficiently managed correspondence and scheduling while providing exceptional customer service. Prior experience includes being a Sales Executive at Clearlink, achieving high sales conversion rates and exceptional performance metrics. Alejandra graduated from Provo High School in 2015 with a High School Diploma specializing in Business Administration and Management.
