Jennifer Ballard Croft

Jennifer brings 15 years of experience advising employers and building people-centric organizations. In her role as Chief People Officer, Jennifer oversees Resource Innovations’ people functions including HR, recruiting, DE&I, aligning people strategy to the company’s purpose, mission, and key pillars. As General Counsel, Jennifer oversees all legal operations including mergers and acquisitions, corporate risk management, contract and lease negotiations, board matters, and dispute resolution. Before joining Resource Innovations, Jennifer worked as Chief Legal and Human Resources Officer at Intren, where she led the company through its sale and post-merger integration.
