Olya Singer

Olya Singer is an experienced professional in energy efficiency and program management, currently serving as a Partner Manager at Resource Innovations since October 2023. Previously, Olya held various senior positions at Pacific Gas and Electric Company from 2010 to 2022, including Senior Program Manager for Energy Efficiency Residential & Partnership Programs and Senior Product Manager for Residential Energy Management Systems, where Olya led regulatory planning and developed innovative utility programs. Olya's earlier experience includes roles at the New York City Department of Small Business Services, The Broadband Group, and internships at the Center for Strategic and International Studies and Congressman Brad Sherman’s office. Olya holds a Master of International Affairs in Energy Management & Policy from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Economics from the University of California, Davis.
