Tim Mentel, C.M., PMP, is an accomplished aviation and construction services professional with extensive experience in project management and aviation operations. Currently serving as the Director of Aviation & Construction Services at Resource International, Inc. since June 2023, Tim has also been the President and Owner of HOA Project Management Resources, LLC since September 2021, where expertise in project planning and management supports various improvement projects. With a background that includes roles such as Director of Aviation & Construction Services at CCI Engineering Services and Project Manager at the Columbus Regional Airport Authority, Tim has over 20 years of experience in airport and aviation projects. In addition to managerial roles, Tim is an instrument-rated commercial pilot with over 1,200 hours as Pilot in Command. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Applied Science degree in Construction Management from Columbus State Community College.
