Alasdair Woore

Alasdair Woore is a seasoned forestry professional with extensive experience in forest productivity management. Currently serving as Manager - Forest Productivity at Resource Management Service LLC since April 2020, Alasdair leads a team focused on enhancing global forest productivity and managing key silviculture research initiatives. Previously, in the same company from August 2013 to March 2019, Alasdair successfully doubled eucalypt forest productivity in China and oversaw the development of a sophisticated eucalypt nursery. Alasdair's earlier roles include significant contributions to APRIL in forest management, providing ecosystem services at Rockwren Ltd, and holding various senior management positions at Carter Holt Harvey, Australasia’s largest private forest plantation organization. Alasdair holds a BSc in Forestry (Hons) from the University of Aberdeen.
