Steven King

Steven King has over 20 years of experience in the forestry and natural resources industry. Steven currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development at Resource Management Service LLC since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Campbell Global as the Managing Director of Global Strategy from March 2021 to November 2022, and as the Director of Global Business Strategy from January 2014 to March 2021. From 2009 to 2013, they held roles at Resource Management Service LLC, including Senior Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Manager. Steven also has experience as a Business Analyst at Rayonier from 2006 to 2009. Earlier in their career, they worked at James W. Sewall Company as an Appraiser from 2005 to 2006, and at Jaakko Pöyry Consulting (Asia Pacific) as a Consultant and Analyst/Consultant from 2000 to 2004. During their time at Jaakko Pöyry Consulting, they worked on timberland appraisals, market analyses, feasibility studies, and forest resource analyses in various international locations.

Steven King earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Resources and Conservation from the University of Florida, which they attended from 1996 to 1998. Steven then went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Forest Resources from The University of Georgia, where they studied from 1998 to 2000.
