Pavan Kempaiah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and Cognos solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer at HealthTrust Performance Group and as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at ROi Resource Optimization & Innovation since April 2011, Pavan specializes in IBM Cognos BI architecture, administration, and development, focusing on various sectors including supply chain, warehouse operations, finance, inventory management, transportation, and manufacturing. Previous roles include Sr. Cognos Consultant at BJC HealthCare, Cognos Project Manager at Arthur J. Gallagher, Cognos Architect at Northern Trust, and Cognos Developer/Architect at HSBC. Pavan began the career as a Cognos Developer for the State of Ohio.
