Bill Wood

Bill Wood is the Dispatch & Field Services Manager at ReSource Point of Sale LLC. Prior to joining ReSource Point of Sale, Bill was the Corporate Counsel at Austin Industries from September 2016 to July 2017. At Austin Industries, Bill oversaw and executed all legal duties and project support in an effort to mitigate risk and legal exposure to the company on various issues relating to ongoing business operations and projects. This included drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts of various types with customers, governmental entities, subcontractors and vendors for various maintenance, construction, turnarounds and industrial plant projects. Bill also conducted training to employees regarding the company’s harassment/discrimination and ethics policies, as well project-specific risk mitigation procedures.

Bill Wood has a JD from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, a BA in Political Science from Xavier University, and certification from OSHA in OSHA 30-Hour Training. Bill is also certified by the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in Bar Admission - 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, and by the Illinois Board of Admissions to the Bar.
