Ben Stanford

Ben Stanford is an experienced professional in recruitment outsourcing and project management, currently serving as the EMEA Head of Implementation at Robert Walters since January 2015. The role encompasses accountability for the delivery of global RPO and MSP solutions, including legislative implementations and consultancy projects. Prior to this, Ben held various positions within Robert Walters, focusing on project analysis and implementation across multiple global markets. Ben's earlier experience at PPG Industries included roles such as Projects, BPI and 5S Site Coordinator, where Business Process Improvement projects were implemented, and Process Engineer, ensuring efficient production processes. Ben holds a degree in Business Management and Information Management from The University of Sheffield, completed in 2012.
