Sudheer Amara

Sudheer Amara is a skilled recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and team leadership. Currently serving as Team Lead at Robert Walters since January 2024, Sudheer previously held the position of Team Lead Recruitment from October 2022 to October 2023, where responsibilities included forming strategic partnerships and improving recruitment outcomes. Sudheer gained extensive experience at Randstad Sourceright, working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant from March 2019 to October 2022, managing significant recruitment projects and training new recruits.
