Swapna Kelkar

Swapna Kelkar is a seasoned professional in talent management and learning development, currently serving as a Talent Management Business Partner at Robert Walters since July 2023. Previously, Swapna held roles including Learning and Development Specialist and D&I Council Head for Resource Solutions, and Product Team Lead at Next Education India Pvt Ltd. Extensive experience in education was garnered as Unit Head at The Orchid School, and as a Senior Education Coach at iDiscoveri Education Pvt. Ltd. Additional roles include HR Manager at Avalon Heights International School, Change Management Consultant, and Visiting Professor of Psychology.
