Amy Neumann is the Executive Director and Founder of Resourceful Nonprofit. Amy has over fifteen years of experience working in the nonprofit sector and has held senior positions at some of the most respected organizations in the world. Amy is also an accomplished author, having published two books with Simon and Schuster. In addition to their work in the nonprofit sector, Amy is also a passionate world changer and has been working to make a difference in the lives of others since they were a young girl.

Amy Neumann's educational career includes a diversity and inclusion certification from Cornell University, a Master's Degree in Law, Justice, and Culture from Ohio University, a Project Management certification from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and a Racial Equity certification from the Racial Equity Institute. Amy has also taken MBA classes at Loyola Marymount University's College of Business Administration and Mandarin Chinese classes at the Beverly Hills Lingual Institute. Her undergraduate degree is in Communications from Bowling Green State University.
