Jeff has over twenty years of experience in the industry, and has previously worked as a Manager at Crown Pointe Development, LLC and as the President at Source Corp. Jeff is a highly skilled and motivated individual who has a proven track record of success. Jeff is a great leader and motivator, and is always looking for new ways to improve their skills.

Jeff Pelcher graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in accounting. Jeff then went on to work in the accounting field for several years.
