Christina M. Jordan, MSS, LSW, has extensive experience in social work and program management, currently serving as the Director of the Coordinated Homeless Outreach Center at Resources for Human Development since October 2015. Christina oversees a team of four TCM supervisors and 25 mental health case managers, leading initiatives for new program start-ups and expansions. Previous roles include Team Coordinator at Partners In Health, where coaching on community organizing and advocacy was provided, and Graduate Assistant at The Agnes Irwin School, where a mentoring program for girls was developed. Christina also held various positions in clinical settings, including Policy and Research Social Worker at the University of Pennsylvania and Clinical Social Worker at The Center for Grieving Children. Education includes a Master of Social Service from Bryn Mawr College and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Delaware.
