Tracy Brown

Tracy Brown currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Green Meadows Development Corp. since February 2014, overseeing land development and management for the Village at Green Meadows, alongside a role in design coordination for upscale home projects. Additionally, since January 2015, Tracy operates as a Referral Real Estate Agent and Sales Associate at Resources Real Estate, focusing on facilitating real estate transactions and market analysis for clients. Previously, Tracy founded Picture My Smile, providing artistic support for chronically ill children at the Unterberg Children's Hospital from August 2014 to January 2016. Tracy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Adelphi University, attended the University of Iowa from 1980 to 1981, and has a background in creative design and real estate.
