Denise Jensen, PMP

Denise Jensen, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Denise currently works as a Program Manager at Resourcing HQ (RHQ) since October 2021. Prior to this, Denise held various roles at Central Maine Healthcare. Denise served as a Project Manager III from September 2020 to October 2021, successfully implementing Workday HCM and UKG Workforce Dimensions Timekeeper & Advanced Scheduling. From April 2018 to September 2020, they were the Director of the IT Project Management Office, where they developed and implemented project management processes and policies and provided oversight for project managers. From April 2016 to April 2018, Denise worked as a Project Manager - IS, managing multiple projects concurrently, including implementations of Cerner Ambulatory and Cerner Millennium Code Upgrades, and data center consolidations.

Before their tenure at Central Maine Healthcare, Denise worked at TD Bank. From July 2014 to January 2016, they served as a Project Consultant III, delivering end-to-end project management on various L&D projects. Denise successfully launched the TD Financial Management Institute Boot Camp and managed the redesign of TD's flagship new hire orientation program. From December 2012 to July 2014, Denise was a Learning Consultant II - Corporate & Shared Services, partnering with senior business leaders to assess training needs and developing training programs. Prior to that, from May 2008 to December 2012, they worked as a Project Manager - Enterprise Learning & Development, supporting mergers and acquisition initiatives and leading training projects. Lastly, from May 2000 to May 2008, Denise held the role of Senior Training Specialist, designing and delivering training solutions and centralizing the training coordinator function. Throughout their career, Denise Jensen has demonstrated strong project management skills and a commitment to delivering successful outcomes.

Denise Jensen, PMP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Maine. In February 2019, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, Denise has also acquired the Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification from TD Bank, although the specific date of completion is not provided.
