Georgina Barrick

Georgina Barrick currently serves as the Head of Sales and Talent Solutions at Resourgenix, having assumed this role in August 2023. Prior to this, Georgina held various leadership positions, including Managing Director of Contracting and Customised Solutions at ADvTECH Resourcing from May 2014 to July 2023, focusing on recruitment in IT, Finance, and Engineering. Additionally, Georgina co-founded and served as CEO of Humanity Search and Select, where innovative talent-matching tools were developed. Other notable roles include Managing Director at Renwick Talent, Chief Connector at Tipping Point Strategic Consulting, and National Channel Manager at Cell C. Georgina holds a BA in English and Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and has furthered education at GIBS Business School in 2017.
