D. Michael Rabe

D. Michael Rabe, PE, currently serves as the Director of Transportation at RESPEC, overseeing engineering and construction administration for various infrastructure projects across the United States. With a robust background in civil engineering, D. Michael Rabe has held significant roles including Managing Principal and Senior Civil Engineer at CRW Engineering Group, and Project Manager positions at both the Municipality of Anchorage and Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, where major water and sewer system designs were executed for Arctic communities. D. Michael Rabe has also contributed to the engineering field as a board member and past president of the American Council of Engineering Companies and the Alaska Professional Design Council. An alumnus of the University of Alaska Anchorage, D. Michael Rabe earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
