David Brown

David J. Brown, P.G. is RESPEC’s National Practice Lead in Hydrogeology and a Professional Geologist with over 40 years of experience in the Southeast United States, particularly in Southwest Florida. They have submitted and obtained permits from the FDEP and all five of Florida’s Water Management Districts, and designed and overseen well systems throughout the state. Their expertise spans stratigraphic interpretation, groundwater flow modeling, and geophysical investigations, among other areas. David has also provided expert witness testimony in over 50 legal proceedings, demonstrating strong public speaking skills. They hold a degree in geology with a focus on stratigraphy from the University of Florida.
