Gwen Dall, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering services within the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as Program Manager and Project Manager at RESPEC since October 2021, Gwen previously worked at JDS Hydro Consultants, Inc. from July 2015 to October 2021 as an Engineer, and at Pipeline Strategies and Integrity from November 2010 to May 2015 as a Project Manager. Key responsibilities include project scheduling, pipe design, instrumentation specification, regulatory compliance, and cost management. Earlier experience includes a role as an Environmental Engineer at Applied Hydrology Associates, focusing on groundwater monitoring at petrochemical facilities.
