Lee Rosen is an experienced civil and environmental engineer with a strong background in water resource management and project management. Currently serving as Vice President and CO Water Program Manager at RESPEC since February 2018, Lee has held various roles within the company, including Project Manager. Prior experience includes Project Manager/Senior Engineer at Atkins and MN Water Resource Engineering Program Manager at RESPEC Consulting and Services. Lee's career began as a Project Engineer at Moser and Associates Engineering, with earlier internships at Stuart Engineering Inc., Logan Engineering, and PBS&J. Lee holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UCLA, earned in 2007, and graduated from San Dieguito Academy High School in Encinitas, CA, in 2003.
