M. Todd Ball is an experienced professional in fluvial geomorphology and ecology, holding a B.S. in Environmental Biology from East Carolina University. M. Todd Ball served as Senior Project Manager and Fluvial Geomorphologist at SWCA Environmental Consultants from 2010 to July 2011, and as President of Stream Restoration Concepts, LLC from July 2005 to April 2022, focusing on the design and development of Stream Mitigation Credits for Mitigation Banking ventures. Currently, M. Todd Ball is the Principal Ecologist and President of SRCLLC and Watershed Concepts LLC, while also working as a Fluvial Geomorphologist at RESPEC since March 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of the Riverine Division at Environmental Services, Inc. from September 2003 to September 2006.
