Melissa Bryant

Melissa Bryant, P.E., CFM, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and environmental sciences. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Services at the San Antonio River Authority since March 2002, Melissa manages the Watershed Engineering, Environmental Sciences, and Real Estate Departments, overseeing sustainable stormwater management, river restoration, and water resource projects. Prior roles include Environmental Sciences Department Manager and Senior Engineer within the same organization, where responsibilities encompassed laboratory services, watershed monitoring, and resource planning. Melissa began their career as an Airport Engineer at Bucher, Willis & Ratliff Corporation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University.
