Patrick Cotter

Patrick Cotter, AICP, serves as Principal Planner and Infrastructure Business Development Director at RESPEC since May 2020, following the acquisition of PDC Engineers, where Cotter was previously a Planner and Business Development Director for over a decade. Cotter's extensive experience includes leadership roles in business development, multi-discipline team management, and transportation planning. Prior professional background features positions at the Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities as Planner and GIS Coordinator, and roles at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and the Bureau of Land Management. Cotter holds a post-baccalaureate certificate in Geographic Information Science from Penn State University, a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and an Associate of Applied Science in Ecology from Paul Smith's College, with additional leadership training from Stagen Leadership Academy.
