Phil Welling

Phil Welling is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management and reporting. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at RESPEC since April 2015, Phil has previously held key positions including Director of Finance at Cognosante, Manager of Corporate Reporting at Argon ST, and Senior SEC Accountant at InPhonic, Inc. Phil began the career as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
