Rand Williams is a seasoned Senior Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in innovative HVAC design, sustainability, energy modeling, commissioning, and mechanical consulting. Currently serving at RESPEC since May 2020, Rand previously held leadership roles at PDC Engineers from April 2015 to May 2020, and worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at NORTECH and AMC Engineers, where expertise in environmentally sustainable mechanical system design was developed. Early career experience includes a Sales Engineer position at BC Excavating, focusing on Ground Source Heat Pump systems in Alaska. Rand holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
