Wayne A Royce

Wayne A. Royce, P.E., M.E., and CFM is a highly experienced Project Engineer currently employed at RESPEC since June 2025, having previously worked at WSB and Atkins, among others. With a robust background in hydraulic design, storm-water management, and water resource analysis, Royce has successfully managed numerous projects, including the design of storm sewer systems and compliance with environmental regulations. Prior roles include Senior Engineer II at Atkins, Senior Water Resource Engineer at Straughan Environmental, and Inside Product Consultant at Contech Engineered Solutions, showcasing expertise in engineering design, project management, and team leadership. Royce holds a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona.
