Jean Prout

Jean Prout currently serves as the ANACC Funding Manager at Respect since December 2022. With approximately 20 years of experience in aged care, Jean has held various roles including Registered Nurse at Regis Aged Care, Director of Clinical Services at Health Generation, General Manager at Opal Specialist Aged Care, and Manager of Residential Aged Care at Macedon Ranges Health Services. Jean previously worked as the Director of Nursing at Sunbury Community Health and has transitioned into consultancy after a significant career in direct nursing and management roles. Academically, Jean holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Nursing from Victoria University.
